  1. This is too often the path for explosive, exploitative growth. Grand plans are touted for growth, employment, revenue etc to lure financing. Always last or purposely glossed over is mention of how to support the infrastructure necessary for the growth. Robbing Peter to pay Paul seems to be the standard. Also, it’s interesting to note how many agencies mentioned here and the seemingly endless money supplies there are for these grand ideas but never for roads, maintenance of existing infrastructure, schools or healthcare.
