The increase in value matched the average rise in the 32-team league, according to the annual list of most valuable NFL teams, published Wednesday by Forbes.
The Dallas Cowboys were ranked as the NFL’s most valuable franchise for the 13th straight year, with a worth of $5.5 billion, up 10 percent over the past year.
Rounding out the top five were New England Patriots ($4.1 billion), New York Giants ($3.9 billion), Los Angeles Rams ($3.8 billion) and San Francisco 49ers ($3.5 billion).
The Colts finished just behind the No. 19 Minnesota Vikings ($2.7 billion) and ahead of the No. 21 Los Angeles Chargers ($2.5 billion). The Buffalo Bills were the least valuable team, at $1.9 billion.
Forbes said the Colts had annual revenue of $393 million, up from $373 million in 2017. Operating income was $104 million.
Forbes also reported that Colts owner Jim Irsay told Forbes that he recently received an offer for the team for $3.2 billion, which he turned down.
A Colts spokesman confirmed that “what Forbes said was accurate.”
