  1. The FTC’s action on this is long overdue. Businesses large and small, even those beyond the hospitality and entertainment industries, should be totally transparent on the bottom-line cost to the consumer. It is difficult to understand why Trump’s pick for chairman of the FTC would be against such transparency. He should tell us his reason for voting against the proposal.
