  1. Oh, so now we’re going to require that businesses have an Office of the Clairvoyant to predict when workers should not be there, right? That Office can be right next to the Office for Diversity and Inclusion.

For Pete’s sake, the tornado was an act of nature! Can’t we get around the idea that some human being must be responsible for anything and everything bad that happens? Aren’t the people of Mayfield suffering enough without having to read this nonsense?

  2. It is important to note that the company DID HAVE a tornato shelter and ‘most’ of the employees were sheltered there through the tornado. They probably should have made a roster of employees who went home so they had a record of who was accounted for.

Hind sight is 20/20 and this was a direct hit by a record-breaking tornado. We can’t anticipate and prevent everything. One life lost is too many, but now is the time to fous on search and recovery efforts and recovery for the entire area. Prayers and blessings for everyone affected.
