  1. Stunning residence, but obviously a white elephant. Sounds a whole lot like what happened to the Hilbert house. Wondering if Tony Stewart’s house will meet the same fate?

    1. Chuck W. – Perhaps for you, but obviously not for the potential buyer (just as it wasn’t for Christel DeHaan). As well, I also don’t think Tony Stewart’s remarkable probably will meet the same fate.

    2. well Brent it seems it won’t be a private residence anymore since a holding company has it under contract and is asking for zoning changes for other uses so sounds exactly like what happened up in Carmel.

  2. FYI
    Cristel DeHaan did not
    “design the house herself”.
Multiple architects and designers were engaged and unengaged over the years it took to put this place together… the most notable probably being John Saladino.

  3. The community is entitled to know who is behind this LLC. Secrecy right out of the blocks is a poor start and suggests a bad faith approach.
