  1. This Bill has the $80,000,000,000 in it to increase the IRS budget fourfold. While passed off as going after the rich, IRS will pursue easier targets with that much money in hand, namely middle class where all the money comes from afterall. There will be audits on everyone making over $100,000. Better save all your receipts, and read again the record keeping requirements! The rich have armies of CPA’s and attorneys. The middle class does not have the money for the audit battle. Wage earners will have their itemized deductions scrutinized. Woe to the self-employed, especially the shop-keepers, who will need to save every record. Small business margins are typically minimal, always the first to be hit-up for donations, and least able to hire professional help.
