Washington St. Featuring an elaborate Baroque-style architecture, it was designed by Isaac Hodgson. Until 1910, when City Hall was built, the courthouse also housed city government offices. The building was demolished in 1961 after the City-County Building was constructed and courthouse operations were moved there. Today, a public plaza sits in its place.
