Rules change. You don’t get to take advantage of those rule changes after you are no longer a college athlete. Get over it.

So how far should this go back? Perhaps the Thorpe and Grange family should be compensated for putting college football on the map. Too far? How about Staubach, Butkus, and Nagurski?
What a bunch of bull “The Michigan brand, I’d argue, is the most valuable in college sports”. People from Michigan are so full of themselves. Michigan isn’t even in the top 5 for brands in college sports – unless your brand is stealing signals.
The dam is about to break. While I agree the players should receive some compensation, they act like the benefit was a one-way street. The NCAA should have worked this out years ago but they dragged their feet and fought it and now it will likely lead to their demise.
