    1. That location is, without a doubt, “prime”. Unwanted and unaffordable are two entirely different things.

    1. Now, that’s some outside of the box thinking my friend. I still think Indianapolis made a mistake in not having one of the track’s at the State Fair grounds. It could have been an entertainment destination and really wouldn’t have interfered with the State Fair and any of the shows that go on there. They could just have built convention space in there for the reptile and Lego show.

  1. Another sad downtown departure. The Sheraton should buy the Anthem Building and turn the circle entrance to their front door. What an incredible space for a lobby, ballrooms and meeting spaces. Maybe the Circle needs a housing component for more after hours activity. What a great view for housing.

  2. Hopefully, this will open up something more engaging at street-level. As well, I wonder if the building is suitable for conversion to condominiums or apartments — like the old Indiana Bell building has become on Meridian. I suspect that housing will need to replace a bit more office space Downtown, given the work-at-home desire of many.
