    1. How is he going to pay back $22M? He’s no doubt hoping with at least a 10 cents on the dollar settlement of his claim…

      I’m a bit torn – on the one hand I am a strong believer in personal accountability. On the other hand, we are kidding ourselves if we don’t think there will be a LOT of families destroyed by all the online apps gambling sites because people will not manage their gambling. And those buzzards are only starting to come home to roost…

  1. Of course, there is serious personal responsibility here. But the actions of Fan Dual are over the top and should not be allowed. If there are no duly adopted laws and regulations that prohibit such egregious conduct exist or can be passed (the gambling industry is very powerful), then private lawsuits are in order.
