  1. More governmental nitwittery – If a kid can’t afford to get a driver’s license how on earth on they going to afford a car and insurance (even with an entry wage rate this would be a challenge). I agree that students may not be able to where they need to study/work – but the legislature has continued to cut any sort of public transportation initiatives.

    1. Indianapolis is one of the least densely populated cities in the country.
      That’s why public transportation has struggled here so badly.
