Indianapolis-based Financial Center First Credit Union has reopened its Park 100 branch at 5455 W. 86th St. after a 16-month closure for renovations.

The branch had been closed since December 2019, when it sustained significant smoke and water damage from a fire. In the interim, the credit union shifted operations to a temporary nearby location at 5501 W. 86th St.

The renovated space has been reconfigured and includes a financial library, a waiting area and office spaces that allow for socially distanced meetings.

Financial Center First has six locations in Indianapolis, one each in Greenwood and Kokomo, and two in Muncie. The Muncie locations operate as Ball State Federal Credit Union. Financial Center First acquired the Ball State credit union via merger last year.
