      Good on Fishers for taking proactive efforts to reduce over-use of emergency services for non-emergency purposes.

  1. On the contrary, I did read the article. So instead of calling the police for fighting, loitering etc…business owners should call the non-emergency number, where your call will be listed as routine and responded to accordingly…..or likely not responded to at all.
