  1. If you research and download the Indictment against the Banc Serv principals – it is abundantly clear that Kerri Agee and her co-conspirators didn’t just “Make a Mistake” as implied by her attorney – but that they actively and consistently worked a very complex scheme to purposefully defraud the SBA and therefore – us as taxpayers. They invested a tremendous amount of energy crafting and maintaining the scheme for over a decade.

That’s far from “Being human” and “Making a mistake”.

Disgusting behavior by a bunch of well-educated, smart people who could have applied themselves to doing legitimate work.

    1. If you knew much about indictments, or our laws in general, you’d know that there is a lot more to the story than the indictment itself, which is why they don’t convict based on an indictment. Your comment is short-sighted. Spreading ignorance does no good for our already jacked-up legal system.

  2. Hi anna marie! Won’t be investing in any if your scams soon!!! Hahaha plz. Educate yourself and your possible victims on how the jacked up legal system is unfair to thieves🤣
