  1. Well, then, if Brian says he “was very careful” not to violate the law that he co-sponsored, I believe him. And that’s doubly true when he says he will “probably not get deep into pro-gaming issues.” Because Brian’s a totally trustworthy guy, right? When he says something, you gotta believe it. He’s not someone who, for instance, would publicly deny receiving a sexual favor from a former intern while at the same time privately try to intimidate the woman into silence. I mean, definitely not. *smh*

  2. There is no lobbying, such as presenting facts for a side. Only the checks that are passed inluence legislation. There in no concern for public opinion. Thus do not need lobbysts, just a stamp and a check.
