  1. We are one-fifth of the way through the 21st century, but our nation’s transportation system is a pathetic relic of the 20th century.
    This legislation – if passed by Congress and signed into law – can be a game changer. I just hope the politicians don’t screw it up.

    1. They will “screw-it-Up!” There’s going to be so much “PORK’ that we don’t know about yet.

  2. How does $280 Billion ($$280,000,000,000) for road repairs cost $$$ One Trillion? Does it cost $680 Billion to the Washington swamps for Congress to send $280 Billion back to the taxpayers for road repairs? Does Congress think we have forgotten basic arithmetic as they scheme to fleece the flock?
