Indiana also reported the deaths of 12 more people from COVID-19, raising the cumulative number to 12,617.
The department reported the testing of 4,920 new individuals.
Statewide hospitalizations due to COVID-19 decreased from 646 on Friday to 617 on Saturday. The high mark was 3,460, set on Nov. 30.
The state said more than 1.08 million Hoosiers had been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of Sunday at 5 a.m. More than 1.6 million had received the first dose of a two-dose vaccination.
