Todd Rokita is on a witch hunt, looking for something -anything – that will justify his intrusion into this case and his reckless public comments before he possessed any evidence (indeed, in the face of evidence to the contrary) of illegal acts by anyone involved in this case. He apparently was never taught that when you find yourself in a hole, the best thing to do is stop digging.

  2. So, I could file a complaint against a doctor in, say, Evansville or Fort Wayne, a doctor that I have never even met and certainly have not seen for any medical care, and Rokita thinks he would be entitled to dig through that doctor’s patient records based on my complaint? In what universe is that OK? What country’s laws is Rokita working to uphold? Certainly not America’s.
