This would encourage spending – which I’m not sure that should be the goal with how everything is going up up. give our money back to us just as we gave it and let people use it who need or want to pay off bills, buy gas, offset expense of groceries or go ahead and advance the income tax cut to now and really start impacting everyone who is earning money here.
