Gotta vote anybody out!! Thats not for legalizing herbs but are fine with alcohol, tobacco and drugs the government makes money off of that kill!!!people Daily!!!!
Micah – I was all for decriminalizing weed but if that is what you were smoking when you typed up that bowl of word soup then I’m having second thoughts…
The fact is that anyone who wants it can take a short drive to our western or northern border. I keep waiting for civilization to fall apart because of this, but I keep waiting and waiting.
The police have much bigger problems to worry about and the state is losing the corresponding tax revenue. Hard to imagine that Kentucky is more progressive than Indiana here, but this is the world we live in.
Indiana is not going to legalize MJ until the federal government makes them.
Catch 22. Folks won’t come out publicly for a cause while it’s illegal, and if folks don’t come out for it, the elected folks remain locked in their little closets. 37 states have said screw the feds and legalized cannabis in some form, yet the feds don’t care and won’t hold it against the states. The other major disappointment is the democrats have controlled the presidency and both houses of congress, yet still couldn’t get pot legalized or off the drug schedules. Pitiful on all accounts!!
