  1. More Republican nonsense. Keep the law as ruled by the INSC. These reps from Elkhart and Goshen and all the other little podunk towns will be the downfall of IN yet.

    1. Simply ridiculous. No legislation should be considered that would call into question any of the Lake Michigan shoreline. Ownership should continue to rest solely with the state and held in trust for use by all residents. Do not restrict access in anyway nor give up the state’s ownership of any of Indiana’s lake shoreline to private property owners or anyone!
