  1. Large urban areas, especially trucks, need to be reduced. Inside of 465 the non commercial speed should be 50 and trucks 45. 75 in rural Wyoming, Montana and west Texas etal is more realistic.
    Some cities and states like Arizona and New Mexico have very restrictive truck access and speed limits that are stringently enforced. New Mexico even restricts some trucks from entering the state 1/2 hour before sunset.
