  1. Ground Hog Day. The debate (if you can call it that) we’re heard before.

    Sprinkle a few drops of the massive surplus on a few things to claim that action was taken, but otherwise keep a tight grip on the state wallet for the rainy days that are sure to come.

    No need to get all riled up about the state of education, infrastructure, public safety, or health here in Indiana where in most if not all of these categories we rank right down there with the worst states in the country.
