  1. Typical of our governor. Jump like joy for more phone betting but can’t even discuss the legalization of marijuana. At least with pot the consumer gets something for their money and the tax that goes with it! The bettor’s are are assumed at a 85-90% loss, and the governor is fine with that! That’s free money on his watch.
