Nothing will ever give comfort to the supplicants to The Big Lie. Look at how many still think the 3020 election was stolen despite multiple audits. Look at all the Republican election officials who stood by their work in 2020. They were fired for their integrity.
Heck, the GOP cranks who audited Arizona only succeeded in finding more votes for Biden.
Biden in 2020 won by roughly the same narrow margin as Trump in 2016. Both were elections that Trump claimed were fraudulent.
You can never negotiate with terrorists and you can never reason with election deniers. Neither have any interest in the American democratic system. They hate American just like the Taliban and the Russian government. They have no place in political discourse and should go back to the street corners with their crazy ideas.
MicroVote is a good choice. As a member of The Hendricks Couty Election Board for some 40-odd years, these machines work very well and are quite secure. Good to see they are getting this business.
(I probably won’t be around to see how the 3020 election will be stolen, Joe B; you are quite the clairvoyant! Have you seen the new movie, 2000 Mules? Are you enjoying Biden’s $5.00+ gasoline?)
Biden didn’t cause the gas to be $5.00+ — the oil and gas companies did that. They saw an opportunity and took it, knowing Biden would shoulder the blame.
Fantasy isn’t really my genre, Bob. But here’s another conservative commentator who can reiterate to you why the movie is a waste ofanyone’s time

Well, the first group you can never negotiate with is crazy people…in this case, Donald T. Rump.
.
As far as Rump goes, people now want to argue Biden is too old to be POTUS. The problem is, in 2024, Rump will be older than Biden was in 2020…didn’t Rump say Biden was too old then? Or will Rump be exempt because he has two certifiable (“legally committable to a mental institution”) world leaders who [allegedly] called him a genius? N.B. We can only go by Rump’s word as neither Jong-Un nor Putin said it in public. (Why is that? “Truth fears no trial.”)
Baloney X2, Phillip P. I don’t know what you are smoking, but I don’t think it is yet legal in Indiana if you believe the nonsense you’re posting.
I would vote for a Mitch Daniels type for POTUS in a heartbeat if Republicans would nominate such a candidate. There’s a reason I voted for Dole and Bush the first two times I got to vote for President. (I honestly forget who I voted for in 2004.)
Problem is, Republicans would never nominate a sane, rational candidate like that again. To be a Republican these days, you have to tell everyone you believe the crazy.
Remember what was said shortly after the 2020 election by a cowardly Republican?
“What is the downside for humoring him for this little bit of time? No one seriously thinks the results will change. He went golfing this weekend. It’s not like he’s plotting how to prevent Joe Biden from taking power on Jan. 20. He’s tweeting about filing some lawsuits, those lawsuits will fail, then he’ll tweet some more about how the election was stolen, and then he’ll leave.”
To say that quote aged poorly is a gross understatement.
