Marion County, with 42 new cases, was the only county in the Indianapolis area to report more than 10 cases in the latest report.
The department also reported seven new deaths from COVID-19, raising the cumulative death tally to 13,332.
The state said more than 2.69 million Hoosiers have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. More than 2.73 million had received the first dose of a two-dose vaccination.
Statewide hospitalizations due to COVID-19 increased from 497 on Sunday to 536 on Monday. Hospitalizations are down from a recent high of 1,019 on May 4. The pandemic-high mark was 3,460, set on Nov. 30.
