The company said it planned to spend $112,000 to support the growth.
Founded in 2017 by Dawn Lively and Michael Kelly, Fullstack is based in the Speak Easy co-working site at 5255 Winthrop Ave. in the Meridian-Kessler neighborhood. The company, which has six employees, plans to hire personnel in human resources, payroll, finance and sales.
FullStack provides human resources services to small companies such as payroll and benefits administration, HR compliance, employee relations support and talent management.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered the company up to $270,000 in conditional tax credits based on the job-creation plans.
“FullStack is excited to continue to grow here in Indiana,” said Kelly, the firm’s CEO. “With COVID-19, we are seeing more and more remote work opportunities. This has led to an increased need for a remote HR services option like ours.”
