The Indiana GOP should reimburse the state for this foolish lawsuit. A half million dollars spent because legislators were too cowardly to use the power they had within the law to end Holcomb’s executive orders.
This is on the Republican leadership in the House and Senate, and Todd Rokita. The individual legislators who voted for that bill, and Rokita, should be called upon to reimburse the State for attempting to enact an unconstitutional power grab intended to eviscerate the Constitution and the balance of powers between the Executive and the Legislative.
Could not agree more with dollars spent by the Indiana GOP was foolish.
