Advanced Agrilytics was founded in 2013 and has research and development operations in Huntington. It received an equity growth investment from Paine Schwartz Partners in 2019 and moved its headquarters in early 2020 to 1023 E. Market St. in 7,000 square feet of leased space.
The facility is expected to allow Advanced Agrilytics to expand its employee base in all functions. The firm provides farmers with data and strategies on seeding rates, fertility applications and in-season crop management.
Advanced Agrilytics employs more than 60 people across its Indianapolis, Huntington and Midwest field locations, including 14 recent hires. It’s currently hiring for marketing, agronomy, data science, software development and technical project management positions in Indianapolis.
Based on the firm’s commitment to hire 74 employees (including the 14 recent hires), the Indiana Economic Development Corp. has pledged $1.2 million in tax credits. The credits are conditional, meaning they can’t be claimed until workers are hired.
