  1. I would think that any contractor should be able to setup as a LLC and stay a contractor. There are many reasons people want to stay a contractor, onr being they don’t work for the client, so have more flexibility. I do agree companies cut corners and force people to be contractors to avoid benefits and additional support. It’d be interesting to see how many people became contractors after requirements for healthcare went into affect based on business size.
