    1. $100k is a meaningless amount of money in the scheme of things….

That is only 200-400 hours of man hours to survey an entire organization and turn that around into meaningful suggestions and to retain staff.

Since when did annual employee satisfaction efforts turn into “woke stupidly”

You might be confusing basic generally accepted business functions with how you started your day?

  1. What a waste of money. Ice Miller has no experience doing HR surveys. No law firm has that experience. I should know. I worked in large law firms for three decades. Shame on the board for a stupid decision.

  2. A hundred thousand dollars of taxpayer money now have been spent to paper over the unfair railroading of a fine executive and public servant, Jackie Nytes. Again, shame on CICF for sponsoring this whole exercise. What a crock.

  3. Woke Culture = Giant drag on our library, city, and nation’s resources

As usual with woke efforts (think diversity “training” or “equity” officers), the resources would be far better utilized elsewhere. That’s an understatement.
