Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Savvy Sliders will open a 1,600-square-foot restaurant Wednesday at 2004 N. Lebanon St., about a mile north of Lebanon’s courthouse square along State Road 39.
The restaurant “will be the first of many planned for the Hoosier State,” the company said in a press release.
Savvy Sliders’ menu includes slider-style sandwich options with certified Angus beef, English cod, chicken and a falafel vegetarian option. The restaurant also sells hand-breaded chicken fingers, custard shakes and sides such as fries, cheese curds and onion rings.
The menu also features combo deals, and Savvy Sliders has catering options that offer up to 96 sliders.
“Savvy Sliders is reimagining the consumer slider experience, and we are excited for the opening of our first location in Indiana,” Vice President of Business Development Mark Wolok said in written remarks.
The Lebanon restaurant will be Savvy Sliders’ 48th location nationally since it was founded in 2018. The company plans to open additional restaurants in Indiana with the second location expected to be in the Lafayette area.
The chain recently opened a restaurant in Louisiana, and additional locations around the country are planned in Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee and Texas.
Last year, Chief Development Officer Byron Stephens told QSR Magazine that the company’s goal is to open at least 500 Savvy Sliders restaurants by 2027.
Savvy Sliders in Lebanon will be open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday.
