A great idea, less risk of corruption. Also, ban gambling ads in all stadiums and on radio, tv and social media during all games, pro and amateur.
Why stop there? Gambling is fundamentally evil. How can sports keep lying about this illusion of fairness (or worse, amateurism) when they pour billions pour into what should be considered organized crime?
This ban is a no-brainer and should be implemented. The Ohtani scandal is just the tip of the iceberg.
