  1. I know it will not be popular, but it’s time to direct public funds back to strong well funded public colleges and universities. To easy for a young person to attend an out of state college or high cost for profit/non profit and not understand how much debt they will be in. Would rather young people get a degree in state and if needed attend the dream school for Graduate school.

  2. But no penalties for public colleges and universities that push worthless degrees that leave students with big loans and no hopes of using their degree toward meaningful employment… other than jobs they could have secured with their high school diplomas.
