Easy fix: reduce the number of Black players to the USA population fraction, fire all the White coaches and replace with Black coaches.
I’m not going to try to slice and dice all the statistics. Progress is progress and I hope we continue in that direction. However, until minorities are ready to fully balance the teams, they can’t expect to continue to see gains in the executive and front office areas. Balanced has to include all areas of the organizations.
