  1. Can’t wait to see the tower crane. I would think they might need two on the site. Indy has so many cranes downtown currently. They also need to add perimeter graphics like the 21C has done on that site.

  2. I’ve seen lots of renderings of the hotel and have good idea what it will look like. I haven’t seen any renderings of the cc expansion. Are there any renderings of cc portion?

  3. Its unbelievable how many people comment on here how essentially everyone is moving out and Indianapolis is on it’s last breath. I guess they need to say that to support their political narrative. They can wish all they want but the proof is in the pudding. You can never compare a city to a suburb. Both have their pros and cons but I feel great about my Indianapolis property value and I see nothing but growth downtown and throughout metro Indianapolis.

    1. As former Mayor Bill Hudnut said, you can’t be a suburb of nothing. Without Indianapolis, then, Carmel, Fishers, and the like would not exist or would still be wide spots in the road.

  4. I am excited to hear the progress being made and can’t wait to see the tower crane being jacked up as the building rises. I was hoping that they might increase the height of the hotel to making it over 500 feet. But am glad for perhaps the 4th tallest building in the city.
