  1. Lets not leak all over ourselves over this particular deal in Kansas. There will be other mega deals for Indiana to hop on but the state must think BIG and willing to do whatever to compete. Its no secret that to win this mega deals a state must be willing to offer HUGE incentives. Indiana has done a good job at being fiscally responsible with a conservative approach but its time to see the fruits of the label.

    1. We need to be much more aggressive as a state and region to attract these
      huge job creating ventures. Our elected officials keep getting beat for
      these huge mega projects. Why??????

      Then we have to listen to our state chamber of commerce officials drone on
      and on about how great our great business climate is.
      If it’s so GREAT, then why do we keep losing.

      If we have to put together a very generous incentive package, then do it!!!
      Getting one of these prize packages will pay for itself by attracting many suppliers.

      Treat economic development & expansion a BLOOD SPORT !!!!!
