Shame on the Indiana Chamber.
Gee, with such supportive policies like “You can’t sit at work, so now you have a premie!” or that classic “You’re fired if you get pregnant!” and don’t forget “You will lose everything you have ever had if you lose this job and our health insurance while you’re pregnant!” – it really makes you wonder why any Hoosier women might choose not to have a child. Can’t imagine why.
But Indiana is a pro life state!
When if comes to quality of life issues, the Indiana Chamber fails us time and time again. Hoosiers deserve better
Indiana Republicans has no qualms with telling the business lobby to shove it when it comes to the concerns that businesses have with an abortion ban … but they listen to businesses when it comes to protecting all those babies they want women to have.
Just be consistent.
Oh, the benefits of living in a Red State. Republican policies always put businesses and corporations first; mothers and children get thrown to the back of the bus. It’s the name of their game.
