Sales:

Tim Shank purchased a Valvoline Instant Oil Change absolute net ground lease at 7125 E. 96th St. The seller, Masters 96th LLC, was represented by Jacque Haynes of Midland Atlantic Properties. The buyer was represented by Jeremie Johnson and Nathan Whalen of Marcus & Millichap.

Leases:

HK Daughters Inc. leased 657 square feet in Georgetown Center strip center located at 5635 Georgetown Road. Both the tenant and landlord, Indy Management Group Inc., were represented by Cindy Hoskinson of Lee & Associates-Indianapolis.

Purpose Home Health Inc. leased 1,100 square feet at 3410 N. High School Road. Camilo Colonia of Velo Indy Real Estate Company represented the landlord, H & R Indy Investments LLC. Cindy Hoskinson of Lee & Associates-Indianapolis represented the tenant.

Elevated MedSpa Corp leased 1,711 square feet at 8240 Naab Road. Charles Yeo of Cornerstone Companies represented the landlord, SPT Ivey 8220 Naab Rd MOB LLC. Crystal Kennard of Lee & Associates-Indianapolis represented the tenant.

Hellen Wells Agency LLC leased 1,760 square feet at 333 N Pennsylvania St. The landlord, American Building LP, was represented by Richard R. King III and Steve Beals of Lee & Associates-Indianapolis. Connor Scott of CBRE represented the tenant.

Bach to Rock leased 2,270 square feet of retail space at Shoppes at Weston Pointe, 10895 N. Michigan Road, Zionsville. The landlord, Sandor, was represented by Andrew Hasbrook of Sandor. The tenant represented itself.

Salamone Bros. Gourmet Sandwiches leased 2,400 square feet at McFarland Market Place, 8028 S. Emerson Ave. The tenant was represented by Josh Moss of ISG Property Collection|Keller Williams. The landlord, Sandor, was represented by Jeff Roberts of Sandor.

AT&T leased 2,600 square feet at College Park Plaza, 3443 W. 86th St. The tenant was represented by Austin Little of Cresa. The landlord, Sandor, was represented by Jeff Roberts of Sandor.

Golden Crown African Store leased 2,800 square feet at Honey Creek Plaza, 5342 W. 38th St. The landlord, Sandor, was represented by Tim Lee of Sandor. The tenant represented itself.

Construction

Capitol Construction completed a 5,300-square-foot clinical buildout for Circle City ABA at 11530 Allisonville Road, Fishers.

Rates

The average rate for 30-year mortgages rose from 2.94% to 3% in the week ended May 20, according to FreddieMac. The rate for 15-year mortgages rose from 2.26% to 2.29%.
