Owning a 92-year-old restaurant like Hollyhock Hill has made us pause as to what is next. We have only done contactless carryout since March 16.
We are staying afloat due to customers who share the same mindset as Morris. That is the exception not the rule during these very difficult times. While our customers will be late adaptors to a vaccine or dining out when the all-clear is given, we should fare better than most of our Indianapolis restaurant owners.
I really appreciate the kind words.
