Who purchased and tore down her Zionsville Estate? Drove by and it has been bulldozed. Strange….
I hope RH is going to continue to maintain and celebrate the AMAZING sculptures that Mrs. DeHaan had installed on the property. There are so incredible works by some highly accomplished artists on those grounds. At least 7 major sculptures and many more smaller works.
Hopefully they are still there. They auctioned off a lot of the furnishings so I would assume they were sold as well.
The way I see this, as this property doesn’t make enough money to cover the investment, and now it’s zoned for commercial, they will start to sell out lots on Michigan road, and pretty soon the whole area will be just another suburban strip mall, with new houses tucked in behind.
What reliable sources are you pulling from to come up with you assumptions? I would like to evaluate your opinion on the topic.
This property will more than cover the investment once they start have WEDDINGS. Event spaces of this caliper and history are few and far between. Add in other creative ideas to generate $$$ and you have a winning commercial property.
So basically your assumption is unfounded as you are severely under informed or I’ll-informed
Cool
Anybody else go skinny-dipping there back in the day?
