It’s 2025. We know from decades of research that the next generation will live in a climate changed ravaged hellscape until we transition to clean energy immediately. And yet, our Governor is “pro-coal.” And folks wonder why birth rates are falling
“She praised Braun and Indiana Secretary of Energy and Natural Resources Suzanne Jaworowski for their leadership,” “preserving reliable, in-state power generation for Hoosiers,” and “ensuring affordable electricity for working families” – why do politicos talk like this? None of this says anything meaningful. Hey, “working families” – want to absorb that $19/month cost for cleaner energy? Skip just one of your Uber Eats deliveries. And Michael N. – birth rates falling is a GOOD thing – climate change is caused by there being WAY too many people on this earth.
good luck with selling these things. In Indiana the only way this makes sense is if it’s owned by a utility that has a distribution system because they can soak their rate on payers for the cost of runnig these dinosaurs.
Always good to have back up systems, ancient or not, especially when the data centers will be sucking our newer gas powered electricity.
