  1. That’s twice in a year that a seemingly minor issue has sent Southwest into a tailspin that takes them days to recover from. Remember the computer issues in June?

    I would welcome the perspective from someone who knows the airline business, but Southwest seemingly relies on every flight to take place or it leads to multiple cancellations.
