  1. The Indiana State Bar Association’s survey and its results do not add any substance to why these judges should be retained. They have made a decision that affects the health and well-being of Hoosier women. Voters should pay attention to how these judges are affecting their lives.
    Retention should be based on how their decisions impact people, not based on who picked them and how long they have served.The ISBA is straying into the political arena which is a partisan swamp.

So the retain vote on the Judges is the substitute referendum that was denied voters by the self-righteous Republicans . They said if you disagree with us vote against us .
