  1. RP is a fraud. Cindric was basically retired anyways so making him a scapegoat does nothing. Penske should have said I understand the optics of this and even though we don’t believe this caused any advantage the cars involved will not be in the 500 this year. That would have eliminated any doubt about there being any impropriety. I can only imagine what the backlash will be if one of his cars actually wins this year.
