The conference, which debuted last year and is organized by Indianapolis-based Elevate Ventures, is scheduled for Aug. 27-28 at the Indiana Convention Center. It’s aimed at bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and others from a variety of business sectors.
White is general manager of artificial intelligence and machine learning for ad technology and marketing technology at Amazon Web Services. Before that, she held executive roles at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Capital One and Wells Fargo.
“We’re delighted to have Tia join us at Rally this year,” Elevate Ventures Chief of Staff Erica Schweyer said in a written statement. “Tia’s vast experience transforming corporate America through applied AI is sure to inspire Rally attendees. She has encouraged many young people, especially women, to explore a career in tech.”
White is the fourth and final keynote speaker to be announced for this year’s conference. The others are baseball-star-turned-businessman Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez; business executive, entrepreneur, and media personality Marcus Lemonis; and Jann Mardenborough, whose skill in the video game series Gran Turismo earned him a spot as a real-world driver on Nissan’s racing team.
In addition to the keynote addresses, Rally also includes breakout sessions, networking opportunities, a pitch contest offering up to $1 million to each of five winners; a demo area for startups; and one-on-one meetings between entrepreneurs and investors.
As was also the case in 2023, this year’s programming at Rally will focus on six topic areas, which organizers call studios: entrepreneurship, software, health care, hard tech, sports tech, and agriculture and food.
Last year’s event drew more than 3,110 attendees from 39 states and 15 countries. The 2023 keynote speaker lineup included athletes Peyton Manning and Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and media personality Guy Raz, among others.
