It would be an interesting story for IBJ to provide an update on what has happened to all of the Marsh properties since they closed nearly 5 years ago. I recall a lot of controversy when Kroger purchased a few of the stores and left them vacant to avoid competition. It would be good to call attention to the lost real estate taxes due to that strategy and if there really has been any local impact due to the vacant buildings.
The former Marsh at 86th/Ditch had a Chez Ronald shoehorned in the parking lot…
The basic membership seems rather high since Launch Fishers is $1000 annually. Will this be worth that much more? I guess time will tell.
