Trilogy Health to expand senior housing in Noblesville, Mooresville, Greenfield

Trilogy Health Services, one of the Midwest’s largest senior-living companies, is growing in Indiana again.

The Louisville-based company said this month it plans to expand the number of senior residences at its Prairie Lakes health campus in Noblesville by building 34 independent living “patio homes.”

It’s a new service line for the Noblesville campus, which currently has skilled nursing care, assisted living and memory care units. The project is set to begin next spring.

The company also plans to build a second-story addition at The Springs at Mooresville, adding 32 new assisted living units. In Greenfield, plans call for Trilogy to add 14 patio homes to it Springhurst Health Campus. Both projects are scheduled to begin this fall.

It’s part of a larger investment the company said it is making across the Midwest to senior living and assisted living services in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.

The company has about 60 properties in Indiana, stretching from Terre Haute to Richmond, according to its website. It has several properties in central Indiana, including Indianapolis, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, Avon, Lebanon, Anderson, Greenfield, Mooresville and Shelbyville.

Company spokesman Emily Tucker said she couldn’t provide a dollar amount of investment in Indiana or company-wide.

The patio homes are for lease, but Tucker said she could not provide leasing terms.

“Adding these patio homes brings a new level of comfort and independence to our community,” Holly Snyder, executive director of Prairie Hills, said in written remarks. “They not only enrich our community but also cater to those who value both privacy and supportive care.”

In the past five years, the Prairie Lakes campus has maintained a 95.2% occupancy rate, the company said in a news release.

The company, founded in 1997, was acquired in 2015 in a $1.1 billion deal by American Healthcare REIT.
