5 thoughts on “U.S. increasingly unlikely to meet Biden’s July 4 vaccination goal

  1. Ms. Crane shouldn’t be qualified to go to a 4-year University. I’m sorry that she makes her choices based on Instagram posts. That says a lot about my generation. The fact is that most of her peers have stopped posting about it because they’ve already been vaccinated. She just chooses to not do it because she doesn’t care to waste 30 minutes of her precious life. What a shame.

  2. What’s the real agenda? Who can trust any of these people. Any one paying attention to the emails being revealed from Fauci? He can’t be trusted. Different experts are needed if they want to move forward with their agenda. Just don’t see their goals being met.

  3. Perspective. July 4 is a catchy goal date. But, it is completely arbitrary. What they want is for the vaccine to take “credit” for the lowered positivity rates. However, the virus is incredibly weak during the summer. This Fall, the medical / pharmacological / political establishment is going to ask you to get another shot. That timing makes sense, because the airborne virus should rebound about late October. They are going to ask you to take a “booster” by arguing that the efficacy of the vaccines declines over time. So, I am not convinced it is “illogical” to avoid taking a vaccine now to fight off a virus that is in a weakened state anyway.

Remember, there have (only) been 3.77 million deaths attributed to the Coronavirus (in 2020 and 2021). Yet, our world has experienced population growth of 35 million so far this year. Death is part of life. Always has been. Always will be. Try to remember to get outside and live while you can. There are no guarantees in life. No matter what you do.

  4. Joanna Lawrence of Bethel in southwestern Ohio says the COVID-19 survivability rate is so high, and the experiences of people she knows who took the vaccine are so bad, that she sees no need to risk a shot for herself. She made it through her own bout of the coronavirus in August.

“My life is not worth money,” said Lawrence, 51, who farms and works in commercial real estate. “I can always get more money if I need to. I cannot get another life.”

It sounds as though Joanna’s not worried about dying from COVID (or spreading it to someone who might), but is worried that she might die from taking the vaccine. I wonder how she happened onto that mindset.
