That cow in charge of the Indiana Appartment Association should be ashamed of herself.
Funding continues to be the hurdle. I’m seeing other cities and states are addressing the homeless initiative. Some are forgiving the idea of full services for apartments with few rules.
I really think this city should have a solid plan of resolve before they address the money they need for a project they seem to be uncertain of.
What’s up with leadership. First The low barrier camp without notifying the neighbors or established funding and then the Indy Eleven and MLS debacle.
We have great city potential but someone is not doing their homework.
